Welcome to Jisi. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Jisi ("we") about using the Jisi app and its service. By using Jisi you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Jisi is an AI chat assistant with Auto, Fast, Scholar, Deep and Draw modes. We choose the AI models behind each mode for quality, speed and cost, and may change them at any time to keep the experience good.
- You can use Jisi as a guest, or Sign in with Apple to keep your plan and allowance across devices.
- Some features need an internet connection or depend on third-party services. We work to keep Jisi available but can't promise it will never be interrupted.
2. AI-generated content
- AI answers and images can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice. Check important information and consult a professional before making decisions.
- To the extent the law allows, the content you enter and the content Jisi generates for you are yours to use. You're responsible for how you use them, including not infringing others' rights.
- Similar questions can produce similar answers, and other users may receive content that is the same as or similar to yours.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Jisi to:
- break the law, or create or spread illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or fraudulent content;
- infringe anyone's privacy, intellectual property or other rights;
- impersonate others or use generated content to mislead or deceive;
- access the service with automated tools at scale, resell it, reverse engineer it, or get around allowances or safety limits;
- collect extra free allowance through multiple accounts or by repeatedly deleting accounts;
- interfere with or disrupt the service.
If you do, we may decline requests, limit features, suspend the account in serious cases, and cooperate with authorities as required by law.
4. Free allowance, plans and subscriptions
Free
The free plan includes 200 messages a day in Fast and Auto modes, 30 of them with web search, resetting at midnight your local time. The exact amounts may change; the app always shows the current ones.
Paid plans
- Paid plans (Lite, Pro, Max) are auto-renewable App Store subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown when you buy.
- Every plan includes all modes and nearly unlimited chat, plus a number of images each month: 40 with Lite, 80 with Pro and 160 with Max.
- Chat is provided under fair use. If, within one billing month, your use of Auto, Scholar, Deep and similar chat goes far beyond normal use, you get the free daily allowance (Fast and Auto modes) for the rest of that month, and your plan's chat is back the next billing month. Normal use won't run into this.
- Images and chat reset each billing month; anything unused doesn't carry over.
- To prevent abuse, we may slow down unusually frequent or automated use.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancel any time in iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions, or Manage Subscription in the app. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, cancelling during the trial costs nothing; if you don't cancel, the plan you chose starts when the trial ends.
- Upgrades usually take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the current period, as the App Store handles them.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- On a new device or after reinstalling, tap Restore Purchases in the app, or Sign in with Apple using the same Apple Account.
5. Deleting your account and termination
You can delete your account in the app at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription. We may end the service for you if you break these terms or the law requires it, or if we stop operating Jisi, in which case we'll give notice in the app beforehand.
6. Intellectual property
Jisi's software, design, marks and related content belong to us or their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell or otherwise exploit them without permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Jisi is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about its accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability, and we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from using or being unable to use Jisi. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Jisi in the 12 months before the claim, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
8. App Store terms
- These terms are between you and us only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Jisi or its content.
- Your license to use Jisi is limited to Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide them.
- If Jisi fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to Jisi, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and privacy, and any third-party claim that Jisi infringes their intellectual property.
- You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms (such as your network provider's) when using Jisi.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, once you accept them, may enforce them against you.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes or the law requires, and will update the effective date; significant changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use Jisi after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator is established. Both sides will first try to resolve disputes informally; failing that, disputes go to the competent courts of that place. Mandatory consumer protection laws where you live still apply.
